The Portal is a secure, 100% web-based program that allows you to join programs, view, and complete tasks online.
The tasks that you need to complete are displayed on the My Tasks page. This page will display as soon as you login each time.
You are able to start a new task by going to your My Tasks page, then clicking the Start button.
Yes, if you start a task, you are able to come back later to complete it by clicking the "Save where I am and I will return later" button. This will save where you are and then allow you to resume later.
You are able to resume a started task by going to your My Tasks page, then clicking the Resume button. This will open up the task and take you to where you left off.
If there are no tasks listed in your My Tasks list then you have completed all required tasks necessary. However, more may become available over time.
When a new task becomes available, the Portal will send an email to you notifying you that there is a new task to complete. The Portal will send all notifications to the email address associated with your account.
You can view and manage your account information via the My Account link at the top-right of the screen.
The Portal may periodically send you information and news on programs, tips, and videos. On the My Account, you can select the subscriptions/notifications that you would like to receive.
The Programs tab allows you to view programs that you may be interested in joining.
Once you find a program in which you are interested, you can either click the "I'm interested in this Program" button or contact the program to enroll.
